These juicy ground beef rolls are packed with savory seasonings, wrapped in bacon, and cooked until beautifully browned and crispy on the outside. They’re easy to make and perfect for a family dinner, appetizer, or party platter.
Ingredients
1½ lbs ground beef
10–12 slices bacon
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the beef mixture
Place the ground beef in a large bowl.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, parsley, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix gently with your hands until everything is evenly combined. Avoid overmixing, which can make the rolls dense.
2. Shape the rolls
Divide the mixture into approximately 10–12 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a compact small log, about 4–5 inches long.
3. Wrap with bacon
Wrap each beef roll with one slice of bacon, slightly overlapping the edges as you go.
Place the rolls seam-side down so the bacon stays in place.
